Having provided a specialist domestic alarm monitoring service for over a decade EEC understand the importance of supplying its customers with a reliable and professional monitoring facility 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Unlike most companies EEC do not use a third party alarm receiving centre to monitor its alarm systems. EEC’s monitoring station is based within its own head office complex, and is dedicated to exclusively monitoring over 9000 EEC customers, providing them with complete reliability and total peace of mind.

Monitoring Station Response Procedure  
EEC operate a point of contact response system which means when an alarm is activated one of our professional operators will immediately contact the customer in order to obtain a coded response to determine whether the activation is a false alarm or genuine activation. In the event the customer can not be contacted then we proceed to contact the customers dedicated points of contact.

Having followed the point of contact procedure, if the situation has been verified and requires the further assistance of an emergency service our operator will contact them immediately.
